Because of a problem with superior twin room we were upgraded and had a bright room. The location offered was excellent and perfect close enough to restaurants and the beach in the most beautiful avenue in Eastbourne....

The location offers a charming view right opposite the bandstand, perfect for catching live music. The atmosphere in the dining area creates a cute vibe.
The decor feels outdated and shows signs of wear and tear, which might not sit well with those who prefer modern aesthetics. Some amenities are lacking, like a proper shower setup. WiFi connectivity issues in certain rooms and confusing breakfast hours can lead to some frustration during your stay.

We enjoyed dancing in the refurbished ballroom, a highlight for our teenage kids. The room was clean and had a cozy vibe. The staff was accommodating, we had everything we needed.
My kids wished there were more entertainment options for the younger crowd. A dedicated game area would be great for families with children.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy free Wi-Fi in public areas, a cute bar lounge, and a helpful 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff found my lost car keys during my first stay. I highly recommend it!...

The stay offered a superb location near the sea front and major attractions, complemented by piping hot, well-cooked fresh food highlighting local Sicilian products. The room had issues, including difficulty opening windows, and inadequate lighting with only one overhead reading light functioning. Parking arrangements were convenient yet required payment through an app rather than coins.

The hotel had a great location near the seafront and the friendly staff. The food was genuinely excellent, although my room was small with outdated furniture and a rather uncomfortable bed. The bathroom was cramped, but everything was clean and well-presented.
